Yaypo was created by people who just got tired of paying for gym memberships they didnt use. They dreamed of professionally created videos, by licensed fitness instructors, for anyone with an internet connection.
The site features a variety of workouts and plans including a 2 week starter plan, 30 day plan, and workout library where youll find specific upper body, lower body, core, and aerobic workouts.
All our workouts are designed to be interval based. Fitness experts have determined that interval workouts are very effective due to the focus on reasonable periods of exercise mixed with defined rest periods.
Also, Yaypo creates videos with everyone in mind. Regardless of your level of fitness, Yaypo is here to help. Most of the exercises in our videos have particpants who perform a modified version of each exercise. This allows for when you need to take it slower.
